of companies. In 2012, they hired BMD to redesign their website using existing content and messaging.
Through our extensive research and conversations with key stakeholders, we discovered that the company’s existing messaging and communications no longer reflected the firm’s culture, service offerings, approach and future goals.
Northstar wanted to set themselves apart from other market research firms highlighting how they approach research differently, and can find insights as well as generate ideas. By selecting everyday objects as key images, and by arranging them accordingly on their site, we were able to translate that higher level of observation and investigation that they provide clients.
In collaboration with their team, we conducted a repositioning exercise, including a refresh of the existing identity, brand positioning and tagline. We also created a business tool-kit that includes a new innovative way to present market research reports.
